Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

We understand that plans and requirements may change. Therefore, customers may request cancellation of a service at any time.

Before Service Delivery

If a cancellation request is submitted before work has started, the customer may be eligible for a full refund, subject to payment processing fees where applicable.

During Service Execution

If the service has already started, cancellation requests may still be accepted. However, any work completed up to the cancellation date may be deducted from the refundable amount.

After Service Completion

Once the service has been fully delivered, completed, or a final report has been provided, cancellation is no longer applicable and refunds will generally not be available.

Subscription-Based Services

For recurring or subscription-based services, customers may cancel at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
